PARK POLICIES
Welcome to Hidden Lake RV Park! We hope you enjoy your stay! For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we ask you to observe the following good camping practices. Management reserves the right to add to, delete from, and/or modify these policies and regulations at anytime, without notice.
- HIDDEN LAKE is a privately owned facility. The facility is a vacation and retreat destination for ages 21 and up, allowing some approved, long-term rentals. Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, at any time, for any reason including condition and/or type of camping unit. Management reserves the right to limit the length of stay, number of persons per site, number of vehicles per site and party and to remove property determined to be abandoned.
- Payments are due in advance of stay, in the form of cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted. Monthly rentals are due on the 1st of each month. There will be a $10.00 per day late fee after 4pm on the 5th. Returned check fee is $45.00. No refunds.
- Camping unit requirements: must be fully functional, in good mechanical repair, good condition and must not be unsightly.
- Sites are limited to 2 person occupancy with maximum of 2 vehicles. Sites are considered abandoned if the rent is unpaid and the trailer is unoccupied for 15 or more continuous days. There is a $45.00 per month charge for each additional person and $20.00 per month charge for each pet, limit 2.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.
- If you choose to consume alcohol socially, please do so responsibly. Drunkenness and disorderly or abusive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate EVICTION from the park without refund.
- The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or paraphernalia will not be tolerated and will result in immediate EVICTION from the park without refund.
- Soliciting and commercial activities are not permitted in the park without written approval from the manager. Camping units designed or modified for commercial purposes are not permitted.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and actions of their guests. All visiting children must be accompanied by an adult when in the lake area.
- All of our buildings are smoke and pet free.
- Enjoy the lake! Paddle powered boats or boats with electric trolling motors only. No fuel motors allowed. Our fishing policy is catch and release.
VEHICLES AND PARKING
- Please observe the 8 mph speed limit. Pedestrians and wildlife have the right of way.
- Parking is not permitted on the grass or on the street. No semi-tractor trucks allowed. Tow dollies should be parked in designated area by the office. Each RV space is allowed two vehicles. Parking for additional vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. is available for a fee of $5.00 per vehicle per month. Weekly rentals will be charged $5.00 per additional vehicle per stay.
- If your vehicle or RV requires service or mechanical repairs, please inquire at the office for authorization. We will refer you to area service providers authorized by the park.
- You may wash your RV and/or passenger vehicle for a $10.00 per vehicle charge at the office.
- RV occupancy is limited to one camping unit per site. Camping unit occupancy is limited to registered guests. Overnight visitors must register with the office and pay applicable extra guest charges.
- Please maintain your site in a clean, neat and orderly fashion. Items stored outdoors should be kept to a minimum, not be unsightly, and not cause any electrical fire or other potential hazard. Management reserves the final authority regarding items that will be allowed outside your RV.
- Storage sheds, decks and refrigerator/freezers are permitted with special permission from management. Covers designed to protect RV and vehicle tires from the elements must be commercially manufactured.
- A clothesline is NOT permitted nor is hanging clothes outside your RV. Fences, cages, or pens of any kind are NOT permitted.
