PET POLICIES AND OWNER RESPONSIBITITIES
The following policies and pet owner’s responsibilities have been established to provide for a safe and sanitary camping facility and to assist us in achieving and maintaining the highest possible quality of living. Your compliance with these policies and responsibilities is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your camping privileges.
- Domesticated pets weighing 50 lbs. or less are allowed in designated areas.
- Pit Bulls (also known as Staffordshire Terriers), Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, and Wolf hybrids are not allowed in the park at any time, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Cost is $20.00 per pet, per month, maximum of two (2) pets per site, unless approved by manager.
- Cages, fences, or pens are not permitted. Keep your pets on a leash when outside your RV. Stray pets are subject to collection by animal control officers.
- Do not leave your pet unattended. If you leave the park, take your pet with you or leave them in your RV.
- You are responsible for the actions of your pet and any damage caused by your pet to park property and the property of others'. When necessary, applicable charges will be assessed to cover the cost of repairing damages.
- Pets are not allowed in BATH HOUSE/LAUNDRY AREA, park buildings, planting beds, shrubs, flower beds or around the office yard.
- Pets that demonstrate vicious or aggressive behavior or that bark excessively will be evicted from the park.
- Pets are allowed to relieve themselves only in your site or in the grassy area, away from other campers.
- ALL PET DROPPINGS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PET OWNER AND MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE PET OWNER FROM ALL AREAS USED BY THE PET IN THE PARK, IMMEDIATELY—NO EXCEPTIONS.
- It is the pet owner's responsibility to suitably dispose of all droppings in appropriate containers (the lake is NOT a suitable disposal site).
- Keep your pet safe from disease and pests. It is your responsibility to treat your pet with vet approved flee and tick treatment and pick up food bowls and spills. DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE OR STRAYS.
- CONTINUED DISRESPECT FOR THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM THE PARK.
